IT’S TIME to start making room for the juicy positive stuff of life. But to do that, we have to dismantle the anxiety that is holding us hostage… in the middle of the night… at random triggers… or even in an underlying, always-kinda-there way.

Ignoring anxiety hasn’t helped. Telling ourselves it’ll change when the world changes hasn’t eased it. It’s becoming clear that we have to do the work for ourselves…. but how?

In this workshop, you will get practical, tactical tools that will start to loosen anxiety’s grip immediately. You’ll clear some internal space of the anxiety that was there, and replace it with positivity. And you’ll learn how to do this at any time.

You’ll also be given tools to take home with you – and guidance on how to use them for healing- along with tips and tricks to bring you relief during your next bouts of anxiety.
